Afternoon conditioning session at Bold Park ticked off in a very warm 31 degree temperature.🏃🏼‍♀️☀️⁣ ⁣ 2 x 1.6km with a short rest period between laps provided a real challenge after repeated sprint testing this morning. Luckily we have a well earned rest day tomorrow after three heavy days of testing! 😴🏋🏼‍♀️
